A La Carte Ordering FAQs

How do I place an order?

When you want to place your order, click the button above and fill out the order form! You will provide information including your preferred color palette, desired items and delivery choice. Our design team will follow up with an email confirming our availability and the details of your order. In that email we will include  an invoice with price breakdowns including delivery fees and taxes and as well as a link to complete payment with a credit card. Once your payment has been submitted, your event is confirmed! 

What flowers will you use?

When you submit your order form you will get to select between our three signature color palettes: Neutral Garden, Soft Pastel or Bright Vibrations.

Neutral Garden is a classic, romantic collection of white, ivory and cream blooms with lush greenery. Soft Pastel offers muted pastel tones of the season. Bright Vibrations features saturated pops of color appropriate to the time of year. If you have specific colors you would like to include, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All of our flowers are selected based on seasonal availability. Blooms featured in photos are stylistic examples, your arrangements will not be exact replicas. Our style is whimsical, handpicked and garden inspired.

How do I get my flowers?

You can select between three options: Pickup, Basic Delivery or Event Set-Up.

PICK UP: You may pick up your flowers during business hours from our design studio in Long Island City for no additional charge.

BASIC DELIVERY: The basic delivery option is equal to 10% of your subtotal. Our team will drop off flowers at your venue. This option requires a point person at the venue who will receive the flowers and complete set up by placing them around the space.

EVENT SET-UP: The Event Set-Up option is equal to 20% of your subtotal. Our team will unpack and place the flowers on your tables, and dispose of the packing material.  

Do you have an order minimum?

Our order minimum for a la carte flower deliveries is $300, excluding delivery and taxes. Once you place your order you will receive an invoice with a breakdown of the items you have selected, labor fees and taxes.

How far in advance can I place my order?

We accept a la carte orders as far as three months in advance.  

My order is last minute, how do I know if it's gone through?

All orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to requested delivery. Once you submit your order our team will get back to you to confirm within on business day. If our team is already fully booked on your date, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be accepted via zelle, bank transfer or credit card. Upon order confirmation you will receive an invoice and a link to complete payment with a credit card. Payment in full is due upon receipt to confirm your order.  

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is only available to Manhattan, Brooklyn and parts of Queens. If the address you provide is outside of our delivery zone, your order may not be accepted.

Can I order ceremony flowers from you?

We don't provide ceremony installations or large arrangements through our a la carte service. If you are dreaming of something you don't see here, reach out to us on our contact page for a quote!

Can I make special requests for my flowers?

Special requests will be taken into account and may result in price increases. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for here or have any questions, contact us at hello@dancingstemsdesign.com for more custom design options!
